I am enrolled member of the Three Affiliated Tribes. I have lived my whole life in Mandaree with
my husband, five children and two grandbabies.
My maternal grandparents are Julia (Charging-Mandan) White Eagle and the
late Thomas White Eagle. My paternal
grandparents are the late Evan & Louise (Black Hawk-Huber) Finley Sr.
I was employed with Fort Berthold Housing Authority for thirteen years. Where I was a dynamic accomplished Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Manager and Deputy Director with progressively responsible experience. I have a strong record of achievement combining skills in diverse areas of organizational development, group/staff leadership, program development, project management, building partnerships, and community relations. Maintain professionalism at all times. Knowledge in the area of housing development and construction; includes state, federal, and tribal homeownership and renovation programs. Experience in development, construction and renovation of homes, annual business plans development, annual performance development, and financial report processes. Currently I serve on the Vision West ND Project Consortium. I serve on the MHA Nation Tomorrow Consortium. I discovered my passion for helping the Three Affiliate Tribes communities and its enrolled members in 1999 with housing by taken part in creating in Indian Country homeownership programs. In 2011 realized the impact the oil and gas development has taken on Mandaree and the Three Affiliated Tribes communities. In 2011 I enrolled in the Fort Berthold Community College Environmental Science Bachelor of Science Degree Program. Where 2013-2014 I was elected to FBCC Student Senate President. I hold a Master of Management, a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Mary. I also hold an Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Associate of Arts in Business Administration/Accounting, an Associate of Applied Science in Information Management Specialist, an Associate of Science in Environmental Science, and an Associated of Science in Science from the Fort Berthold Community College. |
